Sampriti Women’s Cell, Teachers Unit, Nanda Nath Saikia College, organized a celebration of International Women’s Day at Borara Gaon. Advocate Asha Rani Baruah Borah delivered a talk on “Legal Safeguards for Women: Benefits and Challenges”. The event featured fun games for the women of the village and a series of cultural performances. The Gaon Pradhan and other members of the village also attended the programme. On this occasion, the wall magazine Ardha Akash was inaugurated. The celebration provided an opportunity for the community to come together, highlighting both awareness and entertainment activities for women.
